Exhibitor Information and Guidelines
Vendor registration is now open for the 40th annual conference. There are three registration options as outlined below.
- Each tier includes registration for two attendees and a table in the exhibit area.
- Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to select their space in the exhibit area. Selection will be based on tier and made after October 1. Only one organization may utilize each exhibition space.
- Exhibitors must provide high-resolution logos (PNG preferred) for advertisement purposes within 10 business days of registration.
- Exhibitors will be advertised on the conference website, and can add branded items to the conference tote. Items must be received at the hotel or by a member of the Association’s board in advance of the event.
- All benefits are contingent on receipt of payment.
Hotel accommodations must be booked separately at the vendor's expense.
- Named sponsor of Wednesday night’s President’s reception with opportunity for brief welcome remarks.
- Ten-minute promotional presentation on Thursday (scheduled at Association’s discretion); can be a sales pitch offering details on the services offered by Ambassador.
- Ambassador-branded conference tote for all attendees (selected at Association’s discretion).
- Spotlight promotion email to all conference attendees (Ambassador-provided text).
- Additional benefits listed under the Exhibitor Information and Guidelines.
This tier is not available after Friday, August 21.
- Named sponsor of one meal on Thursday.
- Five-minute promotional presentation on Thursday (scheduled at Association’s discretion); can be a sales pitch offering details on the services offered by Partner.
