When you register for an event hosted by the Virginia Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators [“Association”], you accept the conditions set out in this policy.
The Association must receive payment in full within 45 days, or by the date registration closes, whichever comes first. Unpaid registrations will be canceled.
The Association reserves the right to set acceptable payment methods, and to change the payment methods accepted at any time.
You can cancel your event registration and receive a full refund up to ten business days before the event start date. There will be no refunds issued after that date. Unrefunded registrations cannot be carried over to another year.
After registration closes, instead of canceling you may transfer registration to another individual at no cost. The Association must receive substitution requests no later than seven business days before the event start date. There will be no substitutions granted after that date.
The Association will not accept late registrations, or registration with payment at the event.
