Registrations, Cancellations, and Refunds

When you register for an event hosted by the Virginia Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators [“Association”], you accept the conditions set out in this policy.

Payment

The Association must receive payment in full by the date registration closes. Unpaid registrations will be canceled.

Cancellations and Substitutions

You can cancel your event registration and receive a full refund up to seven calendar days after registration closes. There will be no refunds issued after that date. Unrefunded registrations cannot be carried over to another year.

After registration closes, instead of canceling you may transfer registration to another individual at no cost. The Association must receive substitution requests no later than ten calendar days before the event start date. There will be no substitutions granted after that date.

Late Registration

The Association will not accept late registrations, or registration with payment at the event.
