Hi VAGARA members,

I hope this edition finds you well!  The board and the conference committee are working hard on the 2025 annual conference. Spots are filling up quickly!  Registration is open until September 28th. If you have a working relationship with a vendor, please encourage them to register and attend. We have one spot left! The conference provides a great opportunity to showcase offerings and engage with the VAGARA community.

At this year’s conference members will vote on the slate of board nominees. Please make sure to review the nominations (featured in the June newsletter) in preparation for the vote at this year’s annual business meeting. We're also working on a fun networking opportunity and have eight exciting educational sessions planned. I encourage you to arrive on Wednesday to enjoy the President's Reception sponsored by CivicPlus.

Welcome to all the new members who have joined since the June newsletter was published. We appreciate your support and hope you will reach out with comments, questions, and suggestions. If you haven’t already registered, please plan to attend the conference to meet and network with records practitioners from across the Commonwealth.
